We prioritise work at high-traffic locations, where every hour out of service means a longer wait for the end user.
High-usage service interval
Sites that run past twelve hours a day get visits every eight weeks instead of every quarter. It is more visits and a slightly higher annual price, and it still comes out below the call-out bill those sites used to generate.
